The Death Mask was presented by the Nelson Society.
The plate, according to the transcription, is from Lord Nelson's dinner service and was presented by the Navy League in appreciation of the great services rendered by HMS Orion during the World War 1914-1918 and transferred to HMS Vincent for safe keeping
