Location
On the rear wall of a house near the corner of Grand Parade and Penny Street, opposite the Royal Garrison Church. The only place this plaque can be observed is through the window of the Gentlemen's toilet in the Sally Port Hotel, High Street.
 
Description
The plaque is about 15 inches high and is set into a glazed brick wall some 12 feet above ground level.
